Devil's Food Cake

Ingredients

1 7/8 Cups Milk
1 7/8 Pinch Salt
1 7/8 Teaspoons Vanilla
2 7/8 Squares melted Baker's Chocolate
2 7/8 Eggs
1 7/8 Butter
1 1/4 Cups Well Packed Brown Sugar
1 7/8 Teaspoons Baking soda
2 7/8 Cups Softasilk Cake Flour

Instructions

Sift together cake flour and baking soda; set aside. In a mixing bowl cream together brown sugar and butter, then add the eggs mixing in well. To the creamed mix add melted chocolate squares, vanilla, and salt. To this mixture add milk and reserved flour mix. Mix until all ingredients are well combined. Place in two 9 inch round cake pans that have been greased and floured. Bake at 350 degrees until a tooth pick inserted comes out clean.
