Chocolate Chex Mix

Ingredients

1 7/8 Cups Powdered Sugar
1 7/8 Cups Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
1/2 Cube of Butter
1/2 Cups Peanut Butter
9 7/8 Cups Chex

Instructions

In a microwave safe bowl place the peanut butter, butter, and chocolate chips microwave about 1 minute until ingredients are melted. In a separate bowl put the chex, pour melted chocolate mix over the chex and coat well. Put in a large plastic bag with the powdered sugar and shake well coating with the sugar. Lay out on wax paper until dry. Store in an air tight container in the fridge.
