0.5 of Clove of crushed Garlic
0.5 Cups of Sliced Mushrooms
3 Tablespoons of Butter
3 Tablespoons of Dry White Wine
0.25 Cups of Grated Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
In a large skillet, melt butter. Sauté garlic, mushrooms, and asparagus 3-4 minutes; until asparagus is tender. Add wine; remove from heat. Place in a warm serving dish; sprinkle with parmesan cheese and toss together lightly.
