Add the oil and mix well. Add tomatoes and vanilla and mix well.  Shift together the dry ingredients and slowly add them to the creamed mixture.  Bake in 3 loaf pans at 350 degrees until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Frost the bread with the tomato bread frosting.
