Pesto Cheese Potato bites

Let cook, then chill. Cut each potato in half and scoop out a small amount of the center. Spoon about 1/2 a teaspoon of pesto into the bottom of each potato, then top with equal amounts of Boursin Cheese. Garnish with tiny tomato slivers and snipped chives.
