6 Ounces of premium dark chocolate coarsely chopped
0.25 Cups of sugar
2 Tablespoons of butter
0.5 Cups of egg substitute
0.25 Cups of milk
1.5 Cups of nondairy whipped topping
Instructions
Cook coarsely chopped chocolate, sugar and butter in a heavy saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, until the chocolate melts. Whisk together egg substitute and milk. Gradually whisk about 1/2 cup chocolate mixture into the egg mix; add to remaining chocolate mixture; stirring constantly. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, 5-8 minute or until thickend. Remove from heat, transfer to a small, nonmetallic bowl and let stand 45 minutes. Fold whipped topping gently into cooled chocolate mixture until blended. Serve in stemmed glasses
