Mix together the fruit and egg and mix well with the dry ingredients. Pour into greased and floured 9 inch tube pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour or until a tooth pick inserted comes out clean. Cool 10-15 minutes then remove from pan and place on a wire rack.
