1 Cups of Grated Carrot
1 Cups of Grated Green Pepper

Instructions
In a large mixing bowl mix all vegetables together. In a separate bowl mix the sugar, vinegar, and oil. Use the vinegar mix to dress the vegetables. Chill until ready to serve.
