1.0 of Medium Head Cabbage
10.0 of Green Tomatoes
12.0 of Medium Green Peppers
6.0 of Red Peppers

2.0 Tablespoons of Mustard Seed
4.0 Cups of Cider Vinegar
2.0 Cups of Water
6.0 Cups of Sugar
1.5 Teaspoons of Turmeric
Instructions
Grind alone in coarse grinder: onions, cabbage, tomatoes, green and red peppers. Sprinkle with 1/3 cup salt and let stand over night. The next day squeeze out juice and rinse with water and squeeze again. Then add: celery, mustard seed, turmeric, cider vinegar, water and sugar. Bring to a boil and let simmer3 minutes and seal in jars.
