Hot Dog Relish

4 Cups Ground Onion
1 Medium Head Cabbage
10 Green Tomatoes
12 Medium Green Peppers
6 Red Peppers
1 Tablespoons Celery
2 Tablespoons Mustard Seed
4 Cups Cider Vinegar
2 Cups Water
6 Cups Sugar
1 1/2 Teaspoons Turmeric

Grind alone in coarse grinder: onions, cabbage, tomatoes, green and red peppers. Sprinkle with 1/3 cup salt and let stand over night. The next day squeeze out juice and rinse with water and squeeze again. Then add: celery, mustard seed, turmeric, cider vinegar, water and sugar. Bring to a boil and let simmer3 minutes and seal in jars.
