Hot Dog Relish
Grind alone in coarse grinder: onions, cabbage, tomatoes, green and red peppers. Sprinkle with 1/3 cup salt and let stand over night. The next day squeeze out juice and rinse with water and squeeze again. Then add: celery, mustard seed, turmeric, cider vinegar, water and sugar. Bring to a boil and let simmer3 minutes and seal in jars. |
