3.0 Cans of 10.75 ounces each campells healthy request cream of chicken soup
3.0 Cups of Chicken stock or broth
1.0 Pounds of boneless skinless chicken breast cubed
2.0 of stalks celery sliced
2.0 of medium carrots peeled and sliced
1.0 Cups of chopped onion
0.5 Cups of frozen corn
0.5 Cups of frozen peas
1.0 Teaspoons of herbes de Provence
1.0 Cups of hear healthy bisquick
0.25 Cups of lite egg beaters
2.0 Tablespoons of milk
Instructions
Stir together soup, stock, chicken, vegetables and herbes in a large pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered for 30 minutes. Stir together remaining ingredients in a small bowl and drop tablespoonfuls onto chicken mixture. cook over low heat, uncovered, for 7 minutes. Carefully slip dumplings over and cook covered for 7 more minutes
