Light as Aire Chicken and Dumplings


3 Cans 10.75 ounces each campells healthy request cream of chicken soup
3 Cups Chicken stock or broth
1 Pounds boneless skinless chicken breast cubed
2 stalks celery sliced
2 medium carrots peeled and sliced
1 Cups chopped onion
1/2 Cups frozen corn
1/2 Cups frozen peas
1 Teaspoons herbes de Provence
1 Cups hear healthy bisquick
1/4 Cups lite egg beaters
2 Tablespoons milk

Stir together soup, stock, chicken, vegetables and herbes in a large pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered for 30 minutes. Stir together remaining ingredients in a small bowl and drop tablespoonfuls onto chicken mixture. cook over low heat, uncovered, for 7 minutes. Carefully slip dumplings over and cook covered for 7 more minutes
