Ingredients

1 7/8 Cups Coconut
1/2 Cups Drained Pineapple
1 7/8 Teaspoons Vanilla
3 7/8 Tablespoons Powdered Sugar
1 7/8 Cups Whipped Cream
3/4 Cups Quick Rolled Oats
1/4 Cups Brown Sugar
1/4 Cups Butter

Instructions

Melt butter and sugar, mix with rolled oats. Pat onto a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Whip up cream with powdered sugar. Add to the cream vanilla. Stir in the pineapple and coconut. Spread onto oat mix and freeze.
