Orange Zucchini Squares

Ingredients

2 7/8 Beaten Egg Whites
1 1/2 Teaspoons Grated Orange Peel
1/2 Cups Frozen Orange Juice
1 7/8 Cups Grated Zucchini
1/2 Cups Nuts
1 7/8 Teaspoons Baking Powder
4 7/8 Tablespoons Oil
1 7/8 Teaspoons Cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoons Salt
1 7/8 Teaspoons Baking Soda
1 1/2 Cups Flour
1 7/8 Cups Sugar

Instructions

Mix dry ingredients. Stir nuts and zucchini into beaten egg whites. Add orange juice and oil. Fold into dry ingredients and orange peel. Spoon into a greased and floured 9 X 13 X 2 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
