Hearty Halibut

2/3 Cups Sliced Onion
2 Pounds Halibut
1 1/2 Cups Sliced Mushrooms
1/3 Cups Chopped Tomatoes
1/4 Cups Chopped Green Peppers
1/4 Cups Chopped Parsley
3 Tablespoons Chopped Pimento
1/2 Cups Dry White Wine
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
1 Teaspoons Salt
1/4 Teaspoons Dill Weed
1/8 Teaspoons Pepper

Arrange onion slices in the bottom of a greased baking dish and place fish on top.  Combine mushrooms, tomatoes, peppers, parsley, and pimento; spread over the fish.  Combine wine, lemon juice, salt, dill weed, and pepper and pour over all. Cover and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven; 25 minutes for until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
