Crispy Seeded Oven Fried Chicken


3/4 Cups flour divided
3/4 Cups panko bread crumbs
2 Tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
2 Tablespoons poppy seeds
1 Tablespoons garlic salt
1 Teaspoons ground black pepper
1 1/2 Pounds fresh chicken tenders
2 eggs plus 1 egg white beaten

Preheat oven to 450 degrees and line a baking sheet with foil. Mix 1.2 cup flour, breadcrumbs, seeds, garlic salt and pepper in a shallow dish. Place remaining flour in another shallow dish. Coat check chicken tender with flour, then dipp into beaten egg. Roll in seed mixture, pressing into the surface to coat well. Place on prepared baking sheet and spray liberally with cooking spray on both sides. Bake for 15 minutes. Spray liberally again and bake for another 10 minutes or until crispy.
