Sour Cream Apple Pie

2 Tablespoons Flour
1/8 Teaspoons Salt
3/4 Cups Sugar
1 Egg
1 Cups Sour Cream
1/2 Teaspoons Vanilla
2 Cups Chopped Apples

Sift dry ingredients together. Add egg, sour cream, and vanilla; beat until smooth. Add apples mixing well. Pour into pastry lined pie tin. Bake in a hot oven (400-425 degrees) for 15 minutes and then at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
