Cranberry Bread Pudding
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, with an electric mixer at medium, beat together eggs, milk, juice, sugar, and vanilla. Add bread cubes and cranberries; let soak 1 minute. Pour into 8" or 9" square baking dish. Cover with foil; bake 40-50 minutes, uncovering halfway, until just set in center. Remove to wire rack. Let cool 10 minutes. |
