Creamy Rice Pudding

1 Cups Cooked Rice
1 Cups Milk
1 Tablespoons Butter
1 Dash Salt
1/4 Teaspoons Vanilla
2 1/2 Tablespoons Sugar

Combine rice, milk, sugar, salt and butter. Cook over medium heat until thickened about 20 minutes; stirring often. Add vanilla. Serve hot or cold. For variations add in fruit.
