Halibut Supreme

2 Pounds Halibut
1 Tablespoons Onion
1 Carrot Chopped
1 Bay Leaf
1 Package white sauce with nippy cheese

Boil fish with vegetables cool in liquid. Flake the fish and arrange in a baking dish. Cover with cheese sauce. Sprinkle top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake until golden brown.
