Cut potatoes into large chunks. In a large plastic bag or bowl add all ingredients.  Close the bag and shake or toss in a bowl; until potatoes are coated evenly. In a 13 X 9 inch pan arrange the potatoes. Bake uncovered, stirring occasionally, 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
