0.5 Cups of Vinegar

1 Pinch of Garlic
1 Pinch of Tarragon

Instructions
In a bowl mix together all the beans. In a separate bowl mix oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, garlic, tarragon, oregano, sugar and onion rings. After well mixed combine with the beans; chill.
