1.0 Teaspoons of Baking Soda
3.0 Teaspoons of cinnamon
Instructions
In a bowl mix together eggs, oil, and sugar. After well mixed add to the mixture the following: flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and vanilla. Finally mix in the zucchini and nuts if desired. Pour into a greased and floured loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
