1.75 Cups of Contadina Pasta Ready Chunky Tomatoes with Olive Oil
Instructions
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken; cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown; drain well. Pour tomatoes and juice over the chicken; bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and cover. Cook for 20-25 minutes or until chicken is tender. Place the cheese over the chicken and tomatoes; cover and let cook an additional 1-2 minutes to melt the cheese. Serve over rice or pasta.
