1.0 Cups of Red Peppers

1.0 Teaspoons of Celery Seed
3.0 Cups of White or Cider Vinegar
2.5 Cups of Sugar
0.75 Teaspoons of Turmeric
Instructions
Chop all vegetables fine. Combine with salt and allow to stand 3 hours; stirring occasionally. Rinse well with cool water and allow to stand 1 hour. Rinse again and drain well. In a large kettle combine vinegar, sugar, and spices, boil for three minutes. Add the vegetables and bring to a boil and then allow to simmer for 7 minutes. Put relish into jars and seal.
