3.0 of cloves garlic
0.75 Teaspoons of cayenne pepper
1.0 Cups of sour cream
0.75 Cups of chicken broth
0.75 Cups of grated parmesan cheese
1.0 Dash of salt
1.0 Dash of pepper
1.0 Boxes of pasta
Instructions
Preparation: julienne both bell peppers, and mince the garlic. In a sauté pan, sauté the bell peppers and garlic. Add in the sour cream, chicken broth, and parmesan cheese. Mix these ingredients well and add in the cayenne pepper. Let simmer until sauce starts to thicken. Meanwhile, cook pasta as directed on package. When pasta is done mix with sauce and let sit on low heat for five to ten minutes before serving.
