10.0 of Large Dutch Baby for small creamer potatoes
10.0 Teaspoons of pesto
10.0 Teaspoons of boursin cheese
Instructions
Bake potatoe at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until soft. Let cook, then chill. Cut each potato in half and scoop out a small amount of the center. Spoon about 1/2 a teaspoon of pesto into the bottom of each potato, then top with equal amounts of Boursin Cheese. Garnish with tiny tomato slivers and snipped chives.
