0.25 Cups of chopped marinated artichoke hearts
1.0 Tablespoons of minced roasted red pepper
0.5 Tablespoons of snipped fresh chives
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and lightly grease 12 mini muffin tins. Press a small wonton wrapper into each hole. Stir together the boursin cheese, egg, artichoke hearts- with some of the marinade, roasted bell pepper and chives. Spoon into the wonton shells and bake for 10 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Tent with foil and bake for 5 minutes more.
