8.0 Ounces of crumbled Feta Cheese
8.0 Ounces of softened cream cheese
0.5 Cups of Mayonnaise or plain yogurt
0.5 Cups of pickled peppers sliced such as peperoncini or sweet red cherry peppers
0.25 Cups of sliced scallions
0.5 Teaspoons of minced lemon zest
1.0 Dash of black pepper
1.0 Dash of extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
Blend feta, cream cheese, and mayo in a food processor until smooth. Transfer to a mixing bowl. Fold in peppers, scallions, lemon zest, and pepper. Transfer to a servine dish and chill at least 1 hour. Drizzle with oil and garnish with additional pepper. Serve with BBQ chips or pita triangles.
