1.0 of large Granny Smith Apple peeled and cut into thin slices
0.75 Cups of crumbled Wensleydale Cheese with Cranberries
1.0 of egg
0.66 Cups of half and half
0.25 Teaspoons of thyme
0.25 Teaspoons of salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.Press pastry crust onto the bottom and sides of four 4.5 inch spring form pans; set aside. Melt butter in a medium skillet. Add apple slices; cook over medium heat for 10 minutes stirring frequently. Place apples in lined tart pans and top evenly with cheese. Bake for 25 minutes or until filling is puffed and golden brown.
