1.0 Cups of Sugar
1.0 Teaspoons of Baking Soda
1.0 Tablespoons of Vanilla

0.5 of Package Chocolate Chips

0.5 Teaspoons of Nutmeg
0.5 Teaspoons of Salt
1.0 Cups of Oil
4.0 Cups of Diced Yellow Apples
1.0 Cups of Chopped Walnuts
3.0 of Slightly Beaten Eggs
Instructions
In a bowl mix all dry ingredients; set aside. In a separate bowl mix oil, eggs, and vanilla. Mix with the dry ingredients and gently fold in the apples and raisins. Spread dough in two pie plates or an oblong pan. Sprinkle top with nuts and chocolate chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve with whipped cream.
