0.75 Cups of Quick Rolled Oats
1.0 Cups of Whipped Cream
3.0 Tablespoons of Powdered Sugar
1.0 Teaspoons of Vanilla
0.5 Cups of Drained Pineapple
1.0 Cups of Coconut
Instructions
Melt butter and sugar, mix with rolled oats. Pat onto a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Whip up cream with powdered sugar. Add to the cream vanilla. Stir in the pineapple and coconut. Spread onto oat mix and freeze.
