0.33 Cups of Milk
6.0 Ounces of Chocolate Chips
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine first four ingredients. By hands, stir until well mixed. Pour into a greased pan bake 25-30 minutes. Combine the sugar, butter, and milk together. Boil one minute. Add chocolate chips-stir until melted. Use to frost the bars immediately.
