8.0 Ounces of Cream Cheese
1.0 Cans of Crushed Pineapple (medium size)
1.0 of Medium Jar Maraschino Cherries
1.0 Cups of Chopped Walnuts
Instructions
Drain the pineapple and cherries well. Cut cherries into quarters. Cream the cheese and slowly add the pineapple mixing after each addition. Add the cherries and nuts. Place in a freezing tray and freeze until firm. Serve on lettuce leaves while still semi-frozen. Garnish with whole cherries and fresh mint. For holidays use a round copper mold and decorate like a wreath.
