1.5 Cups of Diced Chicken
3.0 Ounces of Sliced Mushrooms
0.25 Cups of Pimento
0.33 Cups of Chopped Pepper
0.5 Cups of Slivered Almonds
Instructions
Blend together the flour and butter; add the chicken broth, milk, water and salt. Cook until thickens. In a casserole dish layer meat, vegetables, alternating with cooked rice. Pour the liquid over the mix and top with almonds. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30-45 minutes.
