4.0 Teaspoons of Rounded Quick Curing Salt
1.5 Teaspoons of Black Pepper
1.5 Teaspoons of Garlic Salt
1.0 Teaspoons of Liquid Smoke
2.5 Teaspoons of Whole Mustard Seed
Instructions
Mix all ingredients very well. Place in the fridge for 3 days. Take out and knead 10 minutes. Divide into 6 rolls. Wrap in saran wrap each roll. Put in fridge overnight. Next morning remove plastic wrap. Bake in oven on 140 degrees for 8 hours on cookie sheet. Turn a few times.
