0.75 Cups of Cold Mashed Potatoes
1.0 Pounds of Powdered Sugar
4.0 Cups of Coconut
1.5 Teaspoons of Vanilla
0.125 Teaspoons of Salt
4.0 Ounces of Unsweetened Chocolate
Instructions
Combine potatoes and sugar. Add coconut, vanilla, and salt. Blend well. Form into balls or peaks. Allow to stand uncovered about 20 minutes to dry. Melt chocolate over low heat and dip base of each peak into it. Allow to stand on wax paper until firm.
