1.0 Cups of Butter
1.0 Cups of Sugar
1.0 Tablespoons of Water
3.0 Tablespoons of White Corn Syrup
1.5 Cups of Chopped Nuts
8.0 Ounces of Melted Chocolate
Instructions
Melt butter stir in sugar, water, and syrup. Cook over medium heat to hard crack stage 300 degrees. Pour on buttered pan and cool. Melt chocolate and on to one side of cooled sugar mix, put on nuts making sure to press into mix. Let stand for 20 minutes and then turn mix over and repeat on the opposite side.
