2.5 Cups of Cherries
Instructions
Mix together eggs, milk, vanilla, and sugar. Stir in all of the flour. Butter a 9" round pie plate and place in half of the above batter. Add all of the cherries on top of the batter and cover with the remaining batter. Bake at 375 degrees until brown and puffy approximately 35-40 minutes. If desired sprinkle with powdered sugar or serve with ice cream.
