1.75 Cups of Unsifted Flour
1.0 Teaspoons of Baking Soda
0.5 Teaspoons of Salt
0.5 Cups of Sugar
0.5 Cups of Light Brown Sugar
0.5 Cups of Shortening
0.5 Cups of Creamy Peanut Butter
2.0 Tablespoons of Milk
1.0 Teaspoons of Vanilla
1.0 of Egg
1.0 of Hershey Chocolate Kisses
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl stir in flour, soda, and salt together. Add remaining ingredients except candy, and mix on medium speed until well combined. Chill dough 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Roll small amounts of dough into 1 inch balls. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 12 minutes or until light brown. Remove from oven and immediately press chocolate kisses into the center of each cookie.
