0.75 Cups of Butter Flavored Crisco
1.0 Cups of Peanut Butter
1.5 Cups of Firmly Packed Brown Sugar
0.5 Cups of Water
1.0 of Egg
1.0 Teaspoons of Vanilla
3.0 Cups of Quaker Oats
1.5 Cups of Flour
0.5 Teaspoons of Baking Soda
Instructions
Beat first three ingredients until creamy. Beat in water, egg, and vanilla. Add combined dry ingredients and mix well. Cover and chill for about 2 hours. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Shape into 1 inch balls, place onto an ungreased cookie sheet; flatten with the tines of a fork and dip in granulated sugar. Bake 9-11 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet, remove to finish cooling on a wire rack.
